One Missed Call 3

In this final episode of the hugely successful “One Missed Call” franchise, the timid, young Asuka is bullied by her classmates. When they embark on a class field trip to Korea, Asuka plans revenge by sending a disturbing photo with the message: If you transmit this cursed photo to someone else, your life will be spared. The students rush to pass the photo on to save their own lives, sparking a deadly fight for survival – reminiscent of “Battle Royale” (dir Kinji Fukasaku, 2000) with cell phones!

One Missed Call 2

Detective
Motomiya (of the prequel) continues to investigate strange deaths in the hope of breaking the chain of deaths seemingly related to the ghoulish little girl Mizunuma Mimiko. When the trail leads to a chinese restaurant in Shinjuku, he runs into Nozoe Takako, a young woman also intently tracking the phone-based curse.

Through Nozoe’s connection to the Taiwanese immigrant community in Tokyo, she soon discovers that a similar curse has long been present in Taiwan. Her investigation leads to a remote, abandoned mining town in the outskirts of Taipei. What she finds there turns out to be a mind-crushing terror.

One Missed Call

During an evening get-together with friends, Okazaki Yoko’s (Yoko Okazaki) cell phone suddenly rings in an eerie, unusual tone. Not recognizing the tone, Yoko doesn’t pick up soon enough and the call goes into “voice mail” (chakushin). When she and sees that the call/message was from her own phone number and dated two days into the future both she and her friend Nakamura Yumi (Yumi Nakamura) listen intently to the message. What they hear is the voice of Yoko in casual chit-chat, followed by a horrendous scream, and then dead silence.

The Phone

After writing a series of articles about pedophilia, the journalist Ji-won receives threatening calls on her cellular and she changes her number. Her close friend Ho-jung and her husband Chang-hoon invite Ji-won to move to their house in Bang Bae that is empty and closed. When the young daughter of her friends Young-Su answers a phone call in her mobile phone, the girl screams and changes her behavior, feeling a great attraction for her father and rejecting her mother. Meanwhile Ji-won receives weird phone calls and sees and listens to a teenager playing Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata” on the piano. After investigating her phone number, Ji-won discovers that the original owner of the number, Jin-hee, had vanished and the two next owners of the number have mysteriously died in unusual circumstances. Her further investigation about Jin-hee discloses that the teenager was absolutely disturbed with her obsessive love for a man that had broken the relationship with her, and later she unravels dark and tragic secrets about the fate of Jin-hee

NOTE:
I have been looking for this movie for five years as it is very hard to find. I love this movie so much because this was my first horror movie. Everything happens for a reason. Doing something good will you good luck and doing something bad will give bad luck. It has a lot shocking parts. Of course it connects with the phone..having the same phone number with dead people will give you a terrible death..

The Locker 2

Seconds before Reika (from the first movie) dies, she gives the key to a coin locker to her pupil Ayano. After a hunt for the right coin locker, Ayano finally finds the right one but she soon realizes that some things should be left alone. When some other students at her school finds the coin locker, the curse begins once again. The long haired girl is once again out to get anyone who’s opened the coin locker.

NOTE:
This movie is the sequel of The Locker. Again, the ghost is back and kills everyone who makes wishes and also for those who try to see what the locker is. In my opinion, this sequel is better than the first as it has a lot of shocking moment. In the end of the movie, you will have this question in your mind. Does Ayano die or not?guess it by yourself

The Locker

A group of young couples decide to test a bizarre urban legend focused on a coin locker that reputedly grants the wishes of anyone who opens its door. But instead of having their greatest romantic dreams come true, they unleash an evil female spirit who begins haunting–and killing–them one by one.

NOTE:
The movie is not as good as I expected in the beginning. However, this will be one of horror movies which tells about urban legend in Japan. The story line is easy to be understood. That's why they make the sequel for it (The Locker 2). The ghost reminds me with the one that I can find in Ju On movie...
